Rule of Complaints
If there is an unfavorable complaint about our performance or that of our members, the complaint must be submitted in writing to the IAB Complaints Committee with full supporting documentation, as appropriate. Complaint information can be submitted via email to our email listed in the contact. The Grievance Committee will closely investigate the complaint and issue an open report on its findings and monitor corrective action where relevant. We are unable to investigate complaints involving certificate holders issued by our members. Complaints like this should be directed to the appropriate certification body which has its own complaints procedure according to their IAB accreditation.
